when we conduct an e-mail campaign for our clients, we generally use an e-mail service provider to receive the e-mail addresses and send the communication. Exduce may use cookie technology to track the campaign's effectiveness, but in those cases, we do not have access to the e-mail addresses or any personally identifiable information and do not associate cookie data with any person. If we handle the e-mail addresses ourselves in conjunction with an online campaign, we do not use technology for analysis of the campaign's effectiveness but rather rely on the e-mail service provider or the client's own cookie technology to do so.
